Lodi Pharmacist Accused Of Stealing $8K In Sex Drugs For Personal Use

Police say sex drugs were stolen from a Rite Aid store in Lodi and they say video shows it's the pharmacist who took them.

Timothy Rishwain is caught on camera stealing sex drugs like Viagra, Cialis and Levitra all for his personal use.

Police believe over a three year period, Rishwain stole more than $8,000 worth of pills.

"It's not surprising if you're the pharmacist and you're in charge of the narcotics in the store and you have full access," said Dale Eubanks of the Lodi Police Department.

When CBS13 News asked Rite Aid about how they handle security, the company would only say it does not comment on matters involving former personnel.
