VACAVILLE (CBS13) – Investigators are trying to determine the cause of a deadly overnight fire at a home in Vacaville.

The fire happened overnight at Woodhaven and Clayton Circle.

That’s where fire crews arrived to find heavy smoke and went inside to find flames taking over the back of the house.

That’s when they called out a second alarm.

As they continued through the home, firefighters found the body of a man believed to be the homeowner.

The victim’s name has not been released.
