Pictures Of Monday Bank Of America Robbery Released

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- Sheriff's investigators and federal authorities released photos of the suspect wanted in connection with the robbery of a Sacramento bank Monday morning.

The Sacramento Violent Crimes Task Force, consisting of FBI agents and Sheriff's detectives, said the suspect entered the Bank of America on the 7400 block of Watt Avenue just after 10:00 a.m. and passed a note to a teller that demanded money and claimed the suspect had a gun.

The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapon was seen.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early to mid 60s, about 5'5" to 5'8" tall with a thin build, with gray or salt and pepper hair combed straight back.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to contact SVCTF investigators at (916) 874-5115; or contact Crime Alert by calling (916) 443-HELP or texting a tip to 274637 with the word "SACTIP" at the beginning of the message.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
