Roseville Police Investigating Death Of 16-Month-Old Child

ROSEVILLE (CBS13) --  The Roseville Police Department is currently investigating the death of an 16-month-old girl.

Authorities responded to a residence located at 2600 Hearthside Way in Roseville, to a report of a child who was not breathing.  

The child was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics, according to the Roseville Police Department.

Authorities say there was no obvious signs of trauma to the child.

Police say they have been to the same home on two previous occasions in December 2010 due to domestic disputes. No arrests or reports were made.

The Roseville Police Department is currently conducting an investigation to determine the cause of how the toddler died.

An autopsy will be performed by the Placer County Coroner's Office.
