Sacramento Man Arrested For Elk Grove Robbery
ELK GROVE, Calif. (CBS13) -- Police have arrested a man in connection with an Elk Grove bank robbery last week.
Bobby Evans, 52, is accused of robbing the Mechanics Bank on the 8200 block of Laguna Boulevard at gunpoint on February 14 and fleeing on a bicycle with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Detectives uncovered information linking Evans to the robbery and arrested him at his Sacramento home Tuesday night.
Evans is facing charges of robbery and parole violation and is being held on $110,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
