Mayor of Sacramento Kevin Johnson then called in and handled some tough questions from Grant regarding some of the City’s actions since the Maloofs started openly negotiating to move the Kings to Anaheim. The situation has gotten uglier over the course of the last week, somewhat due to the actions and words of some of Mayor Johnson’s top assistants.

Coach Paul Westphal then stopped by to close out the show and take calls from listeners. He discussed the team’s recent success and their bright future, especially now with the addition of Marcus Thornton.
