All it takes is one dirty neighbor in an appartment complex and the bedbugs will spread to all the occupied appartments reguardless of how clean they are.

There are other foreign people from other countries who comes to America that aren’t fluent in English as well. And just because some people are needing government assistance doesn’t make them lazy, it just mean it’s hard to find a d@mn well-paying job nowadays. And these people in Section 8, they probably do have jobs, not a well paying one, but they work hard to survive. That is why Native American’s sometimes look very Asian. Mexicans are a mix of Native Americans and Spaniards.
