French Camp Fire Fighter Accused Of Sex On The Job Reinstated
FRENCH CAMP (CBS13) - A fire fighter allegedly caught having sex on the job has been reinstated.
CBS13 obtained a confidential investigation detailing several allegations of sexual misconduct against French Camp fire fighter Brandon Wilson.
Despite the claims, the fire board voted to reinstate Wilson.
"The investigation, as I understood what they were voting on, was done by the fire chief," said Chester Gish who was angry over the decision to reinstate Wilson. "The fire chief is a good friend of this person. Now, how does he conduct an investigation?"
Fire Chief Paul Tualla responded by saying he was an impartial party.
Tualla would not say when Wilson will resume work.
