Suspect In Loomis Triple Homicide To Be Arraigned

LOOMIS, Calif. (AP) -- A Roseville man is set to be arraigned in the deaths of three people who were found shot at a Placer County home.

Sheriff's Lt. Mark Reed tells The Sacramento Bee that 36-year-old Jeremy Ray Baker is expected to face three counts of murder. His arraignment is scheduled for 1 p.m.

Baker is accused in the deaths of 46-year-old John Camara, 47-year-old Nanette Florance, and 48-year-old Lawrence Jeremiah Fay Jr. Authorities say the three were found shot at Camara's home on Saturday morning. A possible motive for the slayings has not yet been released.

Reed says Baker and the victims knew each other, but the exact nature of their relationship has not yet been determined.

Baker was arrested at his home on Sunday on a weapons allegation. Reed says he was later booked on suspicion of murder as well.
