LAKE TAHOE (CBS13) – The California State Department of Fish and Game is warning the public about bears in the Lake Tahoe basin.
Over the weekend a camper was injured at Camp Richardson when a bear tried to get into his tent.
Officials warn that bears constantly search for food, and when the animal is used to scavenging they loose their fear of humans.
