Manslaughter Charges Dropped In Death Of 4 Fairfield Kids

SOLANO COUNTY (CBS13) -- Charges against a Fairfield mother accused of contributing to the death of her and her sister's four children in April 2010 have been dropped.

Latisha was charged with involuntary manslaughter after her and her sister, Shetarra James, allegedly left their kids alone in their apartment with an unattended candle that caused the blaze. Robert Christopher Charles, Jr., 4, Nevaeh Nunn, 2, Natalie Rogers, 2, and Keviana Morgan, 1, all died in the fire.

Shetarra faces four counts of second-degree murder.
