ELK GROVE, Calif. (CBS13) – Elk Grove police are asking for help in locating an at-risk 12-year-old girl.

Bianca Lopez ran away from her home after an argument with her foster mother. She was last seen around 8 p.m. Bianca has been diagnosed as bi-polar and does not have her medication with her.

Bianca is described as a Hispanic female juvenile, 5’2”, 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black tank top with green shorts.
