Texas Tourist Robbed Of Cash, Hair In San Francisco
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (AP) -- South San Francisco police say a tourist from Texas was robbed of cash and a clump of his hair.
A group of four to six men attacked the 34-year-old while he was walking on a city street around 10 p.m. Monday. Police tell the San Mateo County Times they knocked him to the ground and robbed him of his cash.
While he was on the ground, one of the assailants took out a silver pocket knife and cut away a chunk of hair from the top of his head.
The men then ran off.
Police have not identified any suspects.
