Two Teenagers Killed In Nevada County Car Crash

GRASS VALLEY, Calif. (CBS13) - Two teenagers were killed in a car accident Monday night in Nevada County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened just after 11:00 pm on southbound Highway 49 at Tyler Foote Road.

The driver was speeding when he lost control on a curve and flew off the roadway and into a tree, the CHP said.

The names of the two 19-year-old victims have not been released.
