Alleged Peeping Tom Arrested In Midtown

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly attempting to spy on his ex-girlfriend.

The Sacramento Police Department said officers detained a prowler who was in possession of a rope, microphone, box cutter, sling shot and cell phone while climbing onto the roof of a building on the 1600 block of 19th Street around 1:30 a.m.

Officers said the suspect, identified as 28-year-old Sean Burgess, indicated that we was trying to listen in on his ex-girlfriend.

Burgess was arrested on multiple charges, including prowling and peeping.
