Audio: The Grant Napear Show - September 13, 2011

Grant starts off with a recap of the Raiders win over the Broncos to wrap up week one of the NFL season. It's good to have both Bay area teams start off 1-0. Grant reminds listeners not to hold your breath on this outcome every week and it's only week one. He adds that no super bowls are decided in week one so don't get carried away about your teams.

Next, John Lynch, former all pro safety for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and current NFL broadcaster for Fox Sports with partner Dick Stockton. John talks about the 49ers win over Seattle which he called on Sunday at Candlestick Park. Lynch gives his thoughts on Jim Harbaugh's NFL coaching debut and praises the 49ers new Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, and he is excited to see how Vic will develop talent on defense.

In the third hour, Grant does his rant on Cowboys owner Jerry Jones' comments on quarterback Tony Romo. Grant debuts "The Hue Jackson Show," which is a new weekly segment with Raiders head coach Hue Jackson breaking down games, and updating Grant with the latest news, injuries and previews for upcoming games.

Grant takes phone calls from listeners and rips some people from the text line a new one for stupid comments. To close the show, Brian Baldinger from the NFL Network joins the show to analyze week 1 in the NFL and preview week 2 match ups.
