Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure At Mall

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man was arrested after witnesses spotted him masturbating at a mall food court while staring at a group of young girls, according to authorities.

Steve Youmans, 39, admitted to CBS13 in an interview Sunday night that he gave in to a “sudden urge” and apologized, insisting he has never done any similar acts before.

“I just want to apologize to the families,” Youmans said. “It was totally wrong.”

Arden Fair Mall security chief Steve Reed said witnesses alerted security officers Saturday after spotting Youmans sitting in the mall food court, groping himself and trying to hide his actions underneath a newspaper.

“We certainly don’t want our customers to be exposed to that kind of conduct,” Reed said.

Surveillance video recorded mall security detaining Youmans after the suspect unsuccessfully attempted to flee.

Youmans spent the night in custody and said he will seek psychological help to prevent further indecent behavior.

“I just want to get on with my life because I’ve got two little boys, one who’s five, one who’s three,” he said. “I didn’t mean to harm anybody by doing this.”

Yet, someone can watch videos of them online WAY AWAY from possible contact, and get up to twenty years….[BTW-yes! both are wrong!]
There is a problem that seems to be getting worse here in the so called justice system!
Anyone out there want to do something about this? I am getting sick and tired of the justice system’s irregularities and in-justice!

As my attorney repeatedly told me. “You are mistaking our legal system for a justice system. You couldn’t be farther from the truth”. In California we have a “legal” system that has nothing at all to do with justice. Just ask the millions and millions of divorced men who have experienced it.

too bad a crowd of witnesses didn’t beat him up good. his children should be removed from his home and his wife, if married or otherwise, should get a restraining order against him to keep him away from the children except for supervised visits. she should divorce or leave him if they are only living together. he should be made to register as a sex offender too.
