Jaycee Dugard Federal Complaint

Jaycee Lee Dugard, who was kidnapped at age 11 and held captive for 18 years where she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by Phillip Garrido and fathered two of his children, has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government for its alleged failures in Garrido's parole supervision.
