ELK GROVE (CBS13) An 18-month-old girl child has been seriously injured after being backed over by a car in a in Elk Grove, say police.

The toddler was playing in the driveway at the home in the 9200 block of Rushing Creek Way at around 1:40 p.m. today when her uncle, who was driving a BMW sedan, hit her and may have dragged her.
