Former High School Basketball Coach Sentenced To Prison For Sex Crimes

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A former Sacramento-area high school basketball coach is going to prison for sex crimes involving boys he met through coaching.

Melvin Flemings, the former El Camino High School basketball coach will spend just over four years in prison.

Last month he pled no contest to six felony counts of using minors to prepare photographs and videos containing sexual conduct.

The six counts pertain to six different victims.

Flemings will also be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
