The Don Geronimo Show - December 2, 2011

Today, Don begins by telling us that he'll be flying to L.A. after the show to have a meeting with his agent regarding syndication in San Diego. Apparently the station in San Diego that wants to pick up the show really likes Don, but wants him to talk less about Sacramento. Don also reads a series of emails that Nate from promotions has been exchanging with a Russian girl named "Anastasia," who has been soliciting money from Nate to "make a trip to the U.S." Nate, knowing this is junk mail similar to what Danny from promotions has been receiving, is stringing along the solicitor with some hilarious emails, including requests for nude photos. The guys actually get to see the nude photo "Anastasia" sent him. The guys then get into a discussion about pubic hair on women, and whether or not it's sexy. The younger guys on the show like 'em shaven.

After announcing the new cast of Wife Swap, and how much a mall Santa Claus makes on average, Don reads a survey on how many people prefer "Merry Christmas" to "Happy Holidays." Don also reads the top 5 lies people use to keep other people from visiting their house. The guys then get into a funny spiritual discussion regarding Dave's belief in God, or lack thereof. Doug the Car Czar then stops by to promote his new Saturday morning show on KHTK, from 11am to 1. Doug also takes callers who ask for advice on fixing their cars. Don then tells the story of "Black Peter," the menacing assistant of Santa Claus who is famous in Dutch folklore, and the cancellation of the New Westminster Sinterklaas celebration over racist concerns of the fictional character.

Chris Myers of FOX NFL stops by as well. In his first ever interview with Don, Chris talks about the 49ers/Rams game he's calling on Sunday, and what it's like doing NASCAR races. The guys then pick the NFL games for the weekend, and Don makes his weekly calls to Green Bay. After reading a list of the oddest jobs in America, and playing clips of Adam Carolla's podcast in which he rips the Occupy movement, we then hear a clip of a little boy who is hysterical about the Philadelphia Eagles losing, and how he "hates Tom Brady."

It's then time for the "Phantom News Hour." Today, Phantom talks about Amnesty International filing suit against George W., the unemployment rate being at its lowest in 2 1/2 years, and Motley Crue performing for 3 weeks in Vegas at the Hard Rock in February. And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
