SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Investigators are sorting out the circumstances that led up to the death of a 20-year-old man in North Sacramento on Sunday night.

The Sacramento Police Department said the man was shot and killed in an alley off the 2300 block of Oakmont Street just before 8:00 p.m.

Police officers said they have not made any arrests and do not yet have a description of the suspect available.

The motive for the shooting and the identity of the victim have not been released.
