I wonder if this was an expensive dog or they thought so then they may have tried to sell it – if not they will leave it somewhere. At any rate someone knows. I can’t imagine that they would purposely hurt a little puppy. I just hope the little guy gets his little Gismo back before Christmas.

He probably escaped during the robbery. I doubt he was stolen. Regardless, this is absolutely devastating. I have a pomeranian and he’s my everything. I couldn’t imagine!

What makes you think the neighbors were home? Even in this economy there are people who have jobs and go to work. That is why robberies take place during the day, because the thieves are less likely to be seen during normal work hours. If they stole the dog I hope that it is found but it is more likely that the dog got spooked and ran out of the house while the door was open. Unless they knew someone they could sell the dog to it makes no sense for them to steal it.

You’re right that it doesn’t matter where you live, but the fact remains that no one is surprised to hear about a robbery or a murder in Stockton. Instead of posting your temper tantrum here, maybe you could do something positive to help your family instead of ranting like an immature child on a public forum. I would have thought you and your family would have more important things to do than this.
