SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento Police have arrested a man in connection to the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old outside of a liquor store in North Sacramento early Thursday morning.

Police arrested 36-year-old Antoine Blessett for the murder of Christopher Sisoukchaleun.

Police say a group of men were outside Sunland Liquors on Del Paso Boulevard at Fairfield Street at 2 a.m. when the suspect and the victim got into the argument.

Blesset pulled out a gun and shot Sisoukchaleun multiple times in the torso, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

Witnesses gave police a description of the suspect’s vehicle and license plate number. Police say Blessett was the registered owner of the truck. Officers found Blessett late Thursday driving another vehicle.

Police believe the shooting was the result of an argument over the purchase of alcohol and may have been gang related.

Some people never grow up. Really, hanging out at a liquor store at 2 am? Get a job, you should be sleeping or working at 2 am.

Hang the shooter in mid town so all the other criminals see what can happen when you commit a deadly crime.
