SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – One of the most influential pastors in Sacramento has died.

Reverend Glen Cole died Tuesday morning just after arriving at Trinity Life Center where he worked as senior pastor.

Cole helped to grow the congregation at the church from 200 to 1,100 in less than four years. He also founded the area’s first mega church, Capital Christian Center.

“He wanted to see every seat filled. You couldn’t help but love him from the moment you met him,” said Nancy small, a parishioner.

No funeral arrangements have been made.
