Man Accused Of Selling Drugs From Apartment With His Children Inside

GRASS VALLEY (CBS13) – A Grass Valley man has been arrested for allegedly selling drugs from his apartment while his children were at home with him, according to police.

Grass Valley police they were investigating 31-year-old Cory Allen Locicero for several months.

They raided his apartment Sunday morning and allegedly found dozens of bags of meth and equipment to sell and distribute the drug.

Residents say there is a lot of drug activity in the apartment complex and they try to stay to themselves.

Police say four children were also taken from Locicero’s apartment. He’s now facing drug and child endangerment chares.

    Get caught doing that here the chances of doing life in prison are very good. California’s laws are weak which is why these kind people are habitual criminals.

    If the govt. would mind its own business and leave us to determine what’s best for ourselves, things like this wouldn’t happen so often. If adults were considered responsible enough to chose what they consume, these substances would be available from ‘normal’ legit suppliers who’d bring standardized and ‘clean’ products to market and sell them through ‘regular’ (ie above board, public, open) establishments. Remember, people didn’t die of bath tub gin till they had to start making it in bathtubs. Same with ‘drugs’. Even with drugs having to be manufactured and sold within a black market, illegal drugs…ALL OF THEM COMBINED…don’t kill nearly as many people as Tylenol each year. Forching activities into the shadows only serves to create shadowy activities.
