Today Dave was joined by CBS 13's Koula Janulius to discuss the breaking news coming out of Orlando that the City of Sacramento, the NBA, and the Maloofs have come to terms on deal to build a new arena in Sacramento. The deal will need to go before the Sacramento City Council for final approval.

Sam Amick joined Dave briefly to report further on the breaking news.

City supervisor Phil Serna joined Dave to talk about the deal that was just reached, and what the next step is while preparing for the upcoming City Council vote.
