The Carmichael Dave Show – February 28, 2012

Michael Ault the Executive Director of the Downtown Partnership joined Dave to talk about the revitalization to the Downtown region a new Arena will have both culturally and economically. The discussed what downtown arenas have for other cities and what the agreement made in Orlando really means for Sacramento.

Leonard Hoops the president and CEO of The Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association joined Dave and discussed the impact a downtown arena had on the city of Indianapolis. He talked about how without their new arena the thought of ever hosting a Super Bowl would never have come to fruition. He talked about the number of new business that opened up after the arena as well as the companies that relocated to Indianapolis.

Marcos Breton joined Dave do discuss the the deal that was reached earlier in the week to build an arena in Sacramento. As well as everyone’s favorite topic Premiere League Soccer.
