Man Shot And Killed Outside Birthday Party In Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento Police are investigating a fatal shooting just outside a birthday party early Sunday morning.

Police were called to a home in the 700 block of 30th Street regarding a shooting and found the body of a man in a parking lot.

The victim apparently got into a verbal fight with the suspect after leaving a nearby birthday party that escalated to a shooting, police say.

The suspect is described as a male Hispanic in his 20's, 5'6" tall and weighing 150 pounds.
