Stockton Woman Caught In The Crossfire Of A Gang Shooting Dies
STOCKTON (CBS13) - A woman who was caught in the crossfire of a gang shooting in Stockton has died.
The shooting happened Wednesday near the intersection of Phelps and Ninth streets.
Investigators say the 55-year-old woman was gunned down in broad daylight as two rival gangs began shooting at each other.
The victim died from her injuries at the hospital.
Police have not released what kind of weapon was used in the shooting and no arrests have been made.
