SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A man was hit and killed by an RT light rail train on Sunday night.

The incident happened last at 9:56 p.m. A man was crossing the tracks between Tiber and Starfire stations on Folsom Boulevard when he was hit.

CHP officers have taken over the investigation.

The Identity of the man has not yet been released.
