SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A child has gone missing in Sacramento and is considered at-risk, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Dept.
Ruben Lopez, 12, was last seen Sunday night at about 11 p.m. at his apartment in the 2400 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard.
Lopez is considered at-risk due to his age.
Deputies do not suspect foul play.
Lopez is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet tall and weighs about 100 pounds. He has dark brown hair and brown eyes, and is believed to be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black shorts and white tennis shoes.
