Elk Grove Police Release Sketch Of UPS Store Robbery Suspect

ELK GROVE (CBS13) – The Elk Grove Police Department on Wednesday released a sketch of one of the suspect at large in a UPS Store armed robbery earlier this month.

The UPS Store at 4801 Laguna Blvd. was robbed on April 6. A suspect armed with a chrome or stainless steel revolver walked a UPS driver behind the employee counter area and ordered another employee inside the store to open the cash register.

The suspect then removed an undisclosed amount of cash from inside the register. A second suspect entered the UPS store and stood near the employee counter area. Both suspects then exited the business and were last seen running toward Tegan Road.

The first suspect is described as a black male adult, about 20 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black hooded jacket with a black baseball hat that had a bright green bill. The suspect had on gray or blue jeans with black tennis shoes with a white strip on the bottom on the shoes. He has a tattoo in cursive writing on his right cheek.

The second suspect was described as a black male adult, also about 20, 5-foot-10. He was also wearing a black hooded jacket with blue jeans and white shoes.
