ELK GROVE (CBS13) – A man has died and two cows were injured in a rollover crash near Elk Grove overnight.

CHP says a truck was traveling south on Highway 99 at Arno Road just south of Elk Grove.

The driver apparently lost control, flipping the truck off the road and rolling several times into a pasture.

Two cows were hit in the accident and may have to be put down.

No other vehicles were involved.

The driver’s identity has not been released.
