The Grant Napear Show – May 14, 2012

Grant opens the show recapping the busy weekend in sports. Grant begins talking about the Miami Heat and the injury to Chris Bosh. The Los Angeles Lakers were also on Grants mind as he gave a great rant on Metta World Peace followed with a breakdown of their series with the Denver Nuggets and a preview of their next opponents in the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Grant welcomes on Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, new Oakland Raiders quarterback Matt Leinart, Miami Heat play-by-play announcer Eric Reid, Los Angeles Clippers play-by-play announcer Ralph Lawler, CBSsports.com baseball columnist Scott Miller, and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim broadcaster Jose Mota all to begin this busy week in sports.

In an unusual event, Grant makes good on a conversation with a longtime caller of the show by having the caller come down to the studio and propose a bet. Grant takes all calls and text messages throughout the shows entirety.
