Don begins by telling us that Bipolar Mary flaked again. Apparently, instead of calling Little Joe the night before, she decided to drop a Facebook post on his page, just minutes before we went on the air! After Joe reads the message he sent back to her, Don calls in Bobby the Fish, who brought in fireworks to set off. Don sends him out to the front parking lot, and then tells us about his visit to the eye doctor with Janet yesterday, which included a disgusting bathroom, all kinds of annoying little kids, a 55 minute wait, a hot doctor who examined Don, and trying to drive home with dilated pupils.

After a quick discussion of Ann Curry on the cover of USA TODAY this morning, we go outside, where Little Joe and Bobby are outside setting off the fireworks. We then hear that Charlie Sheen’s new sitcom, “Anger Management,” debuts this evening, and Little Joe tells us about going to the private screening of “Ted” last night, which he says is awesome! We then hear Ann Curry’s sign off from the “Today” show this morning, and the guys give their take on her getting fired. We even get a “visit” from Matt Lauer, who says he’s delighted that she is gone.

We then hear some awful 4th of July parody songs, and that Barry Becher, co-inventor of the Ginsu Knife, died at 71. Don then tells us some great stories from his past radio days in Providence, and Indy. We then get a visit from Sean Salisbury. Sean talks about Aaron Rodgers being voted the “Best Player in the NFL,” the DeWayne Wise foul ball incident, and why he’s looking forward to the Summer Olympics. After Sean, we hear that the crazy face eater in Miami only had pot in his system, and clips of President Obama talking about the Miami Heat winning the NBA Championship. We then hear a top 10 list of athletes women would most like to cheat with, and a montage of Seth Rogan laughing. We also hear that the new season of Louis CK’s show, “Louie,” airs tonight.

We then play a round of “Don Makes The Cash Call,” before it’s time for the “Phantom News Hour.” Today, Phantom tells us the NFL is adjusting the times of their playoff games to avoid interruption, Louis CK is on the cover of EW, Google has a new tablet, and what movies come out this weekend. And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
