WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – On Saturday at approximately 3:48 p.m., the West Sacramento Police Department responded to the 500 block of Maple Street for reports of an attempted child abduction.
Initial reports state a girl was abducted from the location and was able to get away from her abductor.
An investigation determined that the abduction did not occur and the incident was fabricated by the juvenile.
