Stockton Officers Find Loaded Gun In Closet Of Toddler's Room

STOCKTON (CBS13) - Police arrested a gang member accused of storing a loaded gun in the closet of the room where his infant sleeps.

Officers served a warrant Monday on a home in the 3700 block of Novara Way in connection with an investigation into gang activity and a shooting. There they found a loaded handgun, three 30-round magazines, ¼ ounce of powder cocaine, digital scales, $12,600 in cash and gang insignia.

Police arrested Raymond Blair, 18, of Stockton on weapons, drug, gang, and child endangerment charges.

Blair's daughter was taken to a shelter.
