SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (CBS13) – Four people have been injured following a head-on crash in San Joaquin County.

The crash happened on Highway 4 between Discovery Bay and Tracy. One person is reportedly pinned in their car.

The extent of the motorists’ injuries is unknown. Some of the crash victims were flown to the hospital in a helicopter.

The road is blocked and drivers are advised to avoid the area.
