San Francisco Giants analyst Bill Laskey of CSN Bay Area looks at the team's options going forward without the recently suspended Melky Cabrera, saying that the Giants have options in their minor league system but are also keeping a close eye on the waiver wire to see if they can strike gold like they did with Marlins' castaway Cody Ross during their 2010 World Series run.

Darrius Heyward-Bey of the Oakland Raiders checked in from the team's Napa training camp to discuss how he's getting on the same page with Carson Palmer, what he's specifically aiming to improve in the offseason, and how he's learned the difference between being fast in a 40 yard dash and being fast during a football game.

Dennis Allen, first-year head coach of the Raiders, sat down with Grant yesterday in Napa to talk about how he's adapted to his first NFL head coaching job. Allen talked about everything from how he handles the increased media availability to the structure of his off-season camps and his system's approach to the preseason.

Bertrand Berry, former NFL player and current Arizona Cardinals' analyst looked ahead to tomorrow's game between the Cardinals and the Raiders in Arizona. Berry is now a sports radio host and talked about how much he enjoys his new job before getting into a season preview for the Cards, a team that played well at times last season but still has a big question mark at the quarterback position.

Rookie wide receiver Rod Streater of the Raiders shares what it's like to be an undrafted free agent in an NFL training camp. Streater had six catches for 66 yards in his preseason debut against the Dallas Cowboys.
