VACAVILLE (CBS13) – A grass fire burned off of I-80 near Vacaville Thursday night.

CHP received reports of the fire near Cherry Glen Road around 7:40 p.m. and Vacaville and Solano County Fire responded.

Cal Fire reported the fire was burning 25 acres and it quickly doubled in size within the hour.

No evacuation orders had been issued, as there is no immediate threat to surrounding structures.
