MODESTO (CBS13) – Stanislaus County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a carjacking suspect in West Modesto.

Deputies were called to the area of Paradise road just before 2:00 p.m. Monday afternoon.

The victim of the carjacking has been transported to the hospital.

Deputies say they have also located the victim’s vehicle and are searching that area for the suspect
