Thieves Hit Cell Phone Store But May Have Been Fooled By Fakes

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The clean up begins this morning at a Sacramento cell phone store targeted by thieves overnight.

Thieves smashed in the front of the Metro PCS store on Northgate Boulevard near west El Camino Avenue.

While the alarm was going off, the suspects were able to snatch some phones on display, but it’s unclear if they were real phones or fake display phones.

No arrests have been made.
