Rhythm and Rims With The Kings!

Walk and raise money for charity at the same time. On Sunday, October 28, the Sacramento Kings will put on a 5K walk event known as Rhythm & Rims. The event will help 14 local nonprofit organizations, including Sacramento Habitat for Humanity, Society for the Blind, Shriners Hospitals for Children, Cover the Kids, and WEAVE inc. Participants are asked to put together "teams" with Sacramento Kings players and coaches acting as honorary team captains. Registration fee is $20 for adults, $15 for youth ages 5-17, and kids under 5 are free. During registration, participants can select which charity to support. The registration fee also includes a commemorative T-shirt.

After the walk, Sacramento Kings and Corporate Partners will hold a VIP reception with a meet and greet with Kings players and coaches, a jersey auction, and a hosted bar and appetizers.

The night will close out with a 3-point challenge, Kings practice game, and a live concert.

Walk registration will begin at 8 A.M. and the walk will begin at 9 A.M. Doors will open for the evening event at 5:30 P.M. and the event will begin at 6:30 P.M.

Incentives for walkers include upper level and premium level event tickets. The grand prize for walkers who raise $1500 and turn the money in to the Sacramento Kings Foundation by October 20, will earn 2 tickets to a VIP pre-event reception with live entertainment and a meet and greet opportunity with the Sacramento Kings.
