Oakland Raiders defensive end Lamarr Houston earned the AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors and came on the show with Grant to talk about the Raiders.

Houston talked about the Raiders’ defense, the stability that the Raiders’ coaching staff seems to finally have, the improvements the Raiders can still make and the preparation that professional football players go through each week.
