Stockton Police Identify Suspect In McDonald's Shooting

STOCKTON (CBS13) - The Stockton Police Department has identified a suspect in a fatal shooting at a McDonald's parking lot earlier this month.

Dennis Martin was walking with a friend through the parking lot in the 1000 block of N. Wilson Way at 12:25 p.m. on Oct. 20 when a vehicle pulled up next to him and he was fatally shot.

Homicide detectives have developed information that Andrew Luis "Joker" Estrada was involved in the homicide.

Estrada, 27, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 140 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo "Christine" on the left side of his neck and "Baby 209 Joker" on his left forearm.

Estrada is a documented gang member and registered sex offender. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

A no-bail warrant for murder has been issued for Estrada. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Stockton Police Department at (209) 937-8377, the Investigations Unit at (209) 937-8323, or Crime Stoppers at (209) 946-0600. Callers can remain anonymous.
