Howard-Cooper also gave his perspective on the Sacramento Kings’ chances of staying in Sacramento and what he expects to see out of the team in 2012-13.

Former defensive end for the Arizona Cardinals Bertrand Berry came on the show to discuss the San Francisco 49ers and Cardinals Monday Night Football game.

Berry talked about the quarterback concerns that the Cardinals have had, the chances the Cardinals have to beat the 49ers on Monday night, the great season Notre Dame has had so far in college football and why they should be in the National Championship game this year.

Harlan talked about the Raiders’ win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, the downfall of the Chiefs franchise, the importance of Monday night’s game for both the 49ers and the Cardinals and the monster NBA trade that took place over the weekend involving James Harden.

Raiders’ head coach Dennis Allen made his weekly call-in to the show today.

Coach Allen talked about the importance of his team gaining momentum, the job that Denarius Moore has done for the Raiders, the upcoming game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the lessons he takes from each game and the performance of Carson Palmer this season.
