Grant shared his thoughts on the San Francisco 49ers and Chicago Bears matchup on Monday without Jay Cutler and the Oakland Raiders matchup against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, and Grant gave his NFL picks for Week 11.

Triplett talked about the effect of head coach Sean Payton’s absence on the team, the Saints’ inconsistency this season, the positive attitude in the Saints’ locker room despite early season struggles and the possibility of not having Sean Payton coaching the Saints in the future.
