Citizen Hotel Unveils 4th Annual 'Naughty Or Nice' List

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - It is the list not to be missed this holiday season as Santa breaks down who's been naughty and who's been nice.

Chances are you won't be surprised by some of the names on the Citizen Hotel's list.

As holiday music filled the air, snow danced around the chandelier inside the downtown Sacramento hotel as Santa worked the room.

"Ho, ho, ho. Ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas," greeted jolly Old Saint Nick.

In his hot little hands was a list not to be missed, answering the burning question of the season: Who's been naughty and who's been nice?

So where do we start? How about with the leader of the pack for the naughty team?

"Lance Armstrong is not on the good list," said Santa.

Another not so king-sized surprise was the Maloofs.

"We all know what happened there," he said.

Naughty in a different way was Christian Grey and fifty shades of raunchy red room fun.

Speaking of red, the voice behind little red guy Elmo is pretty embarrassed after resigning amid allegations of having a sexual relationship with a minor.

Another sex scandal put Gen. David Petraeus on the naughty list. Then there's the naked truth about Prince Harry, but some disagree with this choice.

"He's not naughty. He's doing what he's supposed to, young and single," said one man.

Most, though, thought this side of the list was right on.

"No, I don't have a problem with the list. The naughty people have been naughty this year and some of them the previous years," said another man.

On the nice portion is Felix Baumgartner, the Austrian skydiver who set the world record for highest altitude jump.

The shuttle Endeavour's farewell tour made the nice list, and so did Raley's for ending the strike.

Speaking of strikes, and balls, the San Francisco Giants obviously made the good side of the list.

This is the fourth year in a row that the Citizen Hotel has unveiled their list, which can be seen on display at the hotel.
