5-Year-Old Rapper Loves 49er Colin Kaepernick, Video Goes Viral

DAYTON, OHIO (CBS13) - Her rap video about Turlock's Colin Kaepernick has exploded online.

Now 5-year-old YouTube star Sarah Redden is answering questions about that video, the 49ers, and her tattoos.

There is no doubt Kaepernick's fan base is growing. Now there's a 5-year-old girl from Dayton, Ohio, whose popularity is growing as his stardom does.

All it took was a rap and a kiss to her tattoos, showing her love for the 49ers, to make her the latest YouTube sensation.

"Wearing No. 7 like Colin Kaep, talking Super Bowl wins, he's bringing them back," Redden raps in her video.

She tells CBS13 in a video interview that she loves the San Francisco 49ers' quarterback.

"Cause he's a great football player, and I like watching him on TV," she said. "The 49ers and the Steelers have always been my favorite teams."

Named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week, with a 4 in 1 record since starting as quarterback, Kaepernick is now all over Twitter as fans are hashtagging Kaepernicking.

"Wearing diamonds, singing loud, San Fran what were about. Winning games is what we do," the 5-year-old raps.

Kissing her tattoos is something Redden is also doing; but don't worry parents, "the tattoos are not real" she says.

"I just like singing and I just like making songs," Redden said.

She's got quite a few on YouTube, even rapping to Wiz Khalifa.

"I just love making music videos, cause I want the whole world, even Wiz Khalifa, to see me.

The world is watching, especially Kaepernick. It seems if he tweets, then the rest will repeat.

Redden gave CBS13 a sneak peak into her next rap video, "Niner Nation." She says it's set to come out in January.

Her Kaepernicking video has more than 300,000 views.
